  • 1 whole cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 ounce box of borsin garlic and herb cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded emmental cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated romano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as franks red hot
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 slices bacon, cookeded crisp and broken into pieces

How to Make Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a baking dish large enough to hold cauliflower with plenty of room for the sauce with non stick spray
  • Step 2
  • Pre cook cauliflower in either chicken broth or salted water for 3 minutes, drain well
  • Step 3
  • Heat cream in a saucepan, add borsin cheese, dijon, lemon, hot sauce and pepper stir until mixture is smooth
  • Step 4
  • Combine cheddar, romano and emmantal cheese in a bowl
  • Step 5
  • Add half of cheese blend to sauce, off heat, and stir in with chives and parsley
  • Step 6
  • Combine sauce with cauliflower and add to prepared pan
  • Step 7
  • Top with remaining cheese
  • Step 8
  • Add crispy cooked bacon
  • Step 9
  • Bake until hot and cheese is melted about 15 to 20 minutes
