  • 1/2 tsp ★Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp ★Ketchup

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and mince the onion and garlic. Mix together the ★ ingredients, and marinade all the ingredients together for at least 2 hours.

  • Today I used chicken breasts and liver and baked in the oven. I used long BBQ skewers.
  • Step 6
  • If you have the sour and spicy vinegar they have in Cebu, you can use that. You can also use the pickled garlic and chili peppers.
