Ingredients: Ceviche

  • 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
  • 6 cup clamato/spicy clamato
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 1/2 jalepeno
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • 1 yellow pepper-optional
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
  • 1 english cucumber

How to Make Ceviche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Ceviche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • put the shrimp into a big mixing bowl...one with a lid works best
  • Step 2
  • chop the cucumber, cilantro, green onion, jalepeno, shrimp if they are too large for you and yellow pepper and add to the bowl
  • Step 3
  • add the clamato juice depending on how chunky you want the ceviche
  • Step 4
  • add garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste
  • Step 5
  • let sit for at least 5 hours before serving
  • Step 6
  • you can squeeze the lime juice anytime while preparing the ceviche or you can serve with lime wedges...enjoy:)
