Ingredients: Ceviche

  • 50 Limes
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 each Orange
  • 1 each Onion
  • 1 large Green olives
  • 1 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tomato
  • 4 Avocado
  • 2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 8 each Fish

How to Make Ceviche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Ceviche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put lime juice in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Cut fish into cubes then chop onion and add to bowl with lime
  • Step 3
  • Add the scallops to the bowl and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs.
  • Step 4
  • Chop the cilantro, dice tomato and add to bowl. Add the rest of the ingredience.
  • Step 5
  • Add all together and serve.
