  • 1 whole octopus
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

    Step 1
  • put octopus in pot of boiling water for 20 minutes...shut flame and let sit for another 20 minutes
  • Step 2
  • take out of pot & cut off legs as close to head as possible
  • Step 3
  • remove any loose skin with hand & wash under water
  • Step 4
  • slice up legs into half inch pieces
  • Step 5
  • put into bowl...with olive oil ..minced garlic & salt & let marinade for up to hour
  • Step 6
  • place on grill on high flames for a couple minutes on each side
  • Step 7
  • put in bowl & squeeze fresh lemon & serve with italian bread
