How to Make Chateaubriand

    Step 1
  • Wrap chateaubriand tightly in clean towel.
  • Step 2
  • Pound with mallet. Preheat oven to 300 ° F.
  • Step 3
  • Make paste out of rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. I used a food processor to do this.
  • Step 4
  • Rub paste onto meat.
  • Step 5
