  • 250 ml Chicken stock soup
  • 1 tbsp of each Soy sauce, sugar, shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Katakuriko
  • 1 dash Green onions or scallions

How to Make Cheap Crab Omelet over Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cheap Crab Omelet over Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Break up the imitation crab into bite-sized bits. Cut the Japanese leeks diagonally into 5 mm slices, sauté quickly, and let cool.
  • Step 2

  • Step 3
  • Plate the rice and set it aside.

  • Coat the well-heated pot with oil, and add the egg mixture. Stir with a ladle, and cook halfway through. Once it is a bit firm, spread it around the pan.
  • Step 5
  • You don't have to flip the eggs. Just put on top of the rice as-is. Top with lots of sauce, and it's done.
  • Step 6
  • For the chicken soup stock. Or substitute soup stock granules if this is too much of a hassle!
