  • 130 grams whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 40 grams butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 large pear
  • 100 grams cheese (cubed)
  • 350 ml plain yoghurt

  • Check with skewer in centre, if in doubt leave for 45 mins but cover top with foil.

  • This is a robust loaf and if centre not baked tip upside down and rebake for 5 min untill you get a hollow sound when tapped.
