  • 300 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumb
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 basils leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh crushed black peper
  • 1 oil nough to fry

  • Slice cheese into 1 inch strips
  • Step 2
  • Cut to 1×1 inch squares
  • Step 3
  • Chop basils,crack black pepper to bredcrumb dish
  • Step 4
  • Prepare flour,egg,bread crumb into 3 dishes
  • Step 5
  • Flour cheese ,dip in egg,coat with breadcrumb this can make several at the time until all finish
  • Step 6
  • Repeat step 5 another 2 round,but can omit flour,only dip in egg and coat with breadcrumb,now its become the balls,keep in freezer to set about 2 hours
  • Step 7
  • Fry to golden color ,serve hot with any sauce you have :)
