  • 250 grams pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry vegetable spice mix
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to Make Cheese Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cheese Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta in well salted water with the dry vegetable mix and drain it.
  • Step 2
  • Put 1/2 of pasta in casserole and cover it with 1/2 sliced cheese. Use a Norwegian cheese cutter. Add the remaining pasta on top.
  • Step 3
  • Mix together eggs, milk, oil and some salt and pour over pasta. Cover the dish with remaining cheese cut in slices.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes on 250°. Can be served hot and cold.
