  • Cheese Flan
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 packages cream cheese 8 oz
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • caramel sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

How to Make Cheese Flan

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cheese Flan in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients in the blender
  • Step 2
  • Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom
  • Step 3
  • Cook for 55 minutes at 350℉, check with a tooth pick in the center to be dry and slightly firm.
  • Step 4
  • For caramel sauce use a sauce pan and cook sugar and water until melted and change color to light brown ( caramel color)
