  • 4 white american cheese slices
  • 1 packages egg roll wrapper
  • 2 cup mushroom
  • 1 1/2 cup slivered peppers
  • 1 salt pepper garlic to taste

    Step 1
  • Heat onions, peppers,mushroom salt, pepper and garlic in a bit of oil over medium/high heat .stir frequently...cook until tender
  • Step 2
  • Add steak and brown

  • Once cooked lower heat and add cheeses cover ..let cheese melt stir occasionally...turn off heat and let stand for a while to cool
  • Step 4
  • Once cool..follow the directions on package of egg rolls to stuff fold and roll egg rolls.
  • Step 5
  • Fry in oil until desired color of shell is achieved.(3 to 4 minutes)
