  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley
  • 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce
