  • 1 box softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 packages cooked bacon (i buy a jar of bacon pieces, NOT bits, and use half of the jar
  • Topping
  • 1 shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Club crackers

How to Make Cheeseball

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cheeseball in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients except for shredded cheese and crackers together.
  • Step 2
  • Form into a ball and gently roll in shredded cheese.
  • Step 3
  • Refrigerate for a least 1 hour.
  • Step 4
  • Spread some on a cracker and enjoy!
