  • 40 grams Sugar

    Step 1
  • Strain the yogurt: Place a sieve on top of a bowl, and spread paper towels. Pour the yogurt on top.

  • Chill in the fridge overnight. It is good to go once it has become about 200g.

  • Preparation: Increase the amount of gelatin by adding in 2 tablespoons of water (not listed). Wash the fruit, and cut into small pieces.

  • Add sugar to the heavy cream, and whip until it forms soft peaks. Add yogurt from Step 2 at this point, and mix.
  • Step 7
  • Dissolve the gelatin from Step 3 by microwaving for 20 seconds. Add the gelatin and fruit to Step 6 in order, and stir well.
  • Step 8
  • Pour it into the mold with the cookie crust, and let cool in the fridge for 2 hours. It is done .
  • Step 9
  • This is a cross section. This time I used mango. Use whatever fruit you like for the filling Please feel free to use peaches, strawberries, or whatever you like.
