  • Crust:
  • 150 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Butter
  • Cheesecake:
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 box Philadelphia Cream Cheese (225 grams)
  • 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 200 mL Whip Cream

How to Make Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take out cream cheese from fridge. Works best when at room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • Crust: Mix cracker crumbs and sugar, then add melted butter and combine.
  • Step 3
  • Lay out the crust mix in a 9 inch pan, patted down to smooth the surface and the sides.
  • Step 4
  • Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you are in a hurry, 10 minutes in freezer is okay too.
  • Step 5
  • Preheat oven at 340°F or 170°C
  • Step 6
  • In a blender, add eggs and sugar, mix.
  • Step 7
  • Cut cream cheese into small pieces and put it in step #6, mix.
  • Step 8
  • Add flour and salt to step #7, mix.
  • Step 9
  • Add whip cream to step #8, mix.
  • Step 10
  • When everything is combined, take out the crust from fridge and pour into the pan.
  • Step 11
  • Bake in middle of the oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden colour.
  • Step 12
  • Take it out when it is done, let it cool at room temperature, then put in the fridge.
