  • 1 bunch babytomatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make cheesy babytomatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 160 Cº
  • Step 2
  • Cut off the top of the tomato and clean the inside
  • Step 3
  • mash the abbey cheese (you can use any kind of cheese really as long as it's firm enough eg mozarella) and mix with salt (fleur de sel), lemon pepper, olive oil, basil, oregano and balsamico cream
  • Step 4
  • fill the hollow tomatoes with te mixture put the top back on and place them in the oven for about 20 minutes (depends on the size of the tomatoes)
