  • 1 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup gluten-free baking mix
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 11 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup soy milk

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Chicken Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  • Step 2
  • Mix chicken, onion powder, mayonnaise, & shredded cheddar. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Mix baking mix & wine until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto cookie sheet. Roll out to desired thickness & size.
  • Step 4
  • In a saucepan, mix soup & milk together & heat through. Spread half on pizza crust. Then scatter chicken mixture on pizza. Then either pour the rest of cheese sauce over pizza or save for dipping sauce later, whichever your desire.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is light brown. Cut & serve.
