  • 2 cup shredded extra sharp chedder cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat oven 375. Cook bacon in a 6qt saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring until brown about 8 min. Add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 min. Add flour, and cook, stirring for 1min. Whisk in milk and bring to a boil cook stirring constantly until thickened about 2 min. Add cream cheese, velvetta, chedder and paprika and cook until smooth.
