  • 2 box Jiffy mix
  • 1 medium Green pepper
  • 12 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cup Sharp cheddar
  • 1 can Cream corn
  • 1 can Plain corn

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • Slice green peppers
  • Step 3
  • Heat butter in pan until melted
  • Step 4
  • Add green peppers in butter and let them simmer on medium heat until soft.

  • Pour jiffy boxes into a mixing bowl
  • Step 6
  • Pour cream corn into the jiffy mix
  • Step 7
  • Strain out excess water from the plain corn, then pour corn into jiffy mix.

  • Mix ingredients until it's creamy

  • Add melted butter and green peppers into bowl and mix evenly
  • Step 10
  • Empty bowl into 13x9 baking pan (I prefer the glass casserole baking pans)
  • Step 11
  • Once flat in pan, evenly add sour cream to the top of the mixture, (as if your putting frosting on a cake).
  • Step 12
  • Spread cheese on top of sour cream ( I use the whole bag)
  • Step 13
  • Bake for 40 minutes
