  • 170 grams Ground meat
  • 1/2 Onion

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 dash Coriander, if you have it
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder, cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (to taste)! Easy melting cheese
  • 3 sheets Tortilla

How to Make Cheesy Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make the filling Add about a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan. Add chopped onions, then the minced meat and cook well. Add minced tomato, corn, and beans. Flavor with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Make the sauce In a container with about a tablespoon of oil, add flour, the spices, and canned tomatoes. Add 100 ml water and a bit of salt and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Lightly butter a heatproof plate and spread a bit of the sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Spread a little sauce on the tortilla, and add a third of the filling.
  • Step 5
  • Cover with lots of cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Roll it up and lay on the plate from Step 3.
  • Step 7
  • Top with lots of sauce and cheese. It'll also be delicious if you add your favorite powdered cheese and garlic powder.
  • Step 8
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F/180°C and it's done!
