  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 packages taco seasoning

    Step 1
  • Cook frozen chicken for 15 min or until Brown.

  • Add half of taco seasoning on cooked chicken. Let cool

  • Step 6
  • Pour sour cream into the mixture. Mix until creamy texture. Make sure it is cooled off or else sour cream will curd. Add can of green chilles. Pour over enchiladas.
  • Step 7
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Than broil for 3 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
