  • 2/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 oz Kraft velveeta cheese
  • 2 cup Marble jack cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bellpepper
  • 1 box Frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 box Jumbo shells
  • 1 Tomato basil sauce

How to Make Cheesy Hamburger Stuffed Shells

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Hamburger Stuffed Shells in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 275
  • Step 2
  • Thaw and drain broccoli
  • Step 3
  • Chop onions and bellpeppers into small pieces

  • Boil shells over medium heat til done. About 7 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain for later handling
  • Step 5
  • Brown ground beef in large skillet, add onions and bellpepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain when done
  • Step 6
  • Add velvetta cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the parmasan cheese and 1/2 of the marble jack cheese to ground beef. Mix well
  • Step 7
  • Spray medium oven pan with Pam
  • Step 8
  • Take shells one by one and stuff with ground beef mixture and line them side by side in your oven pan.
  • Step 9
  • Drizzle tomato basil sauce over top of shells. Spinkle on remaining marble jack cheese
  • Step 10
  • Place in over for 15 minutes.
  • Step 11
  • Spinkle remaining parmasan cheese on finished shells
  • Step 12
  • Serve with salad, and enjoy
