  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut 6- 10 inch squares.
  • Step 2
  • Cut each potato into 1/4 inch slices, cutting to but not through the bottom of the potato.
  • Step 3
  • Place 1 potato on each foil square.
  • Step 4
  • Combine butter, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, & grated Parmesan in a small bowl & mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Place 1/2 tbsp (or a little more, if desired) butter mixture on each potato. Wrap each potato with foil.
  • Step 6
  • Bake until potatoes are tender, about 1 hr. Open foil packs. Top each potato with cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
