  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup cottage or ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp zesty seasoning
  • 1 tsp supreme seasoning
