  • 1 oz Package Of Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes Mix Or Mashed Potato Mix Of Choice
  • 1 lb (Ground) Italian sausage-Cooked At Room Temperature
  • 8 oz Italian cheese blend Or Cheese Blend Of Your Choice
  • 5 oz Tomato Paste Or Sun-dried tomato pesto

How to Make Cheesy Potato & Italian Sausage Balls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Potato & Italian Sausage Balls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine potatoes, sausage, cheese, Tomato Paste/Pesto and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 2
  • With wet hands, roll potato mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place remaining bread crumbs on a large plate. Roll each potato ball in bread crumbs. Make sure they are evenly coated.
  • Step 3
  • Place poatao balls on a large plate or pan and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes or until ready to use.
  • Step 4
  • Meanwhile... Preheat oven to 380?F.
  • Step 5
  • Place potato balls on a large non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and golden brown.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with your favorite marinara sauce (Or Sauce Of Choice!)
