  • 1 lb-2 lb southern style hashbrown squares
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken/mushroom whichever you perfer

  • Pre heat oven 350°F while you are preparing the food
  • Step 2
  • Make sure hashbrowns defrosted first than use a large bowl or pan to start mixing together everything

  • In bowl or big pan put hashbrowns, sour cream, can of condese mushrooms/chicken, chop onions, shred cheese and mix it up until all mix together
  • Step 4
  • After all mix put it in the pan you plan to cook with and level it out with whatever you mix it up with and sprinkle shred cheese on top off the casserole

  • Place it in the oven and wait about an hour or until golden brown
