  • 1 1/2 to 2 packages of frozen hashbrowns (I use 2 packages)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 8oz of french onion dip
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1/2 diced green or red pepper
  • 2 packages shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 season salt to taste
  • 1 ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

How to Make Cheesy Potatoes Hashbrowns

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Potatoes Hashbrowns in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven @ 400 °. Saute onion and pepper until almost tender. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all ingredients together except for 1/2 package of shredded cheese.
  • Step 3
  • In a greased 13x9in pan, pour mixture into pan, cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Take out of oven, add rest of cheese & mix 1 more time. Place back in oven, uncovered, fir 15 more minutes. Then serve.
