  • 1 baking pan (I used a tin foil pan)
  • 1 non stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded colby/ jack cheese
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 packages frozen broccoli (I used the florets)
  • 1/2 cup milk

How to Make Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Rice and Broccoli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prepare rice according to directions on package (I didn't add the sugar and also took about 5 minutes off the cooking time)
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 350┬░
  • Step 3
  • Coat the bottom and sides of pan with cooking spray
  • Step 4
  • Combine cooked rice, cans of cheese and shredded cheese to baking pan-mix well
  • Step 5
  • Stir in broccoli (can be room temperature)
  • Step 6
  • Add more cheese if desired
  • Step 7
  • Stir in milk and butter
  • Step 8
  • Bake about 30 minutes
