  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 29 oz Can Diced Tomatoes (drained)
  • 3 (14oz) Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 2 (14oz) Cans Corn (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Cheesy Stuffed Pepper Casserole

  • Brown ground beef in a large stock pot, drain, remove from pan and set aside.
