  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2 tsp chilliflakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp ginger - chilli paste
  • pinch chaat masala
  • leaves Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • Oil for deep frying
  • processed cheese (2 cubes)

How to Make Cheesy Vegetable Kabaab

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Cheesy Vegetable Kabaab in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine mashed potates, grated cheese and all the vegetables in a big bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Add chilliflakes, oregano and ginger - green chilli paste to the mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Now add pinch of chaat masala and finely chopped leaves of coriander.
  • Step 4
  • Add maida in it and stir well.
  • Step 5
  • Season the mixture with salt.
  • Step 6
  • Now make small balls from the mixture. Give proper shape of kabaab.
  • Step 7
  • Heat some oil in a pan for deep frying. When oil become medium hot, drop few kabaabs and fry them till golden and crisy.
  • Step 8
  • Remove excess oil on absorbant paper.
  • Step 9
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on kabaabs serve them hot with schewan sauce or green chutney and salad.
