  • 1 lb velveeta cheese spread
  • 1 onion

    Step 1
  • Cook rice
  • Step 2
  • Place ground beef and onions in a large deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until beef is evenly brown. Drain excess fat.

  • Preheat oven to 350 while Browning meat.
  • Step 4
  • Add soup rice tomatoes corn and spices to skillet. Cook all ingredients on stove for 10 min. Dump into 9X13 pan.
  • Step 5
  • Top with cheese. Cook for 15-20 minutes
