  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

  • 1 Mint Sprigs (optional)

How to Make Cherry Cornbread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cherry Cornbread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix Jiffy according to directions using all ingredients except pie filling
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 375. After mixing cornbread pour into greased baking pan and place in oven for 10 min.
  • Step 3
  • Carefully remove unfinished cornbread and pour pie filling down center of cornbread about half the can.
  • Step 4
  • Return to oven and finish baking another 20 min remove from oven. Let cool and serve with ice cream, or coffee after dinner Enjoy
