  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 60 grams Cold butter
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg (half for the dough and the other half for the egg wash later)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chezzy Biscuits in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mixed the baking powder into the flour
  • Step 2
  • Cut the cold butter into small pieces and rub into the the flour mixture until breadcrumb-like. Do not overwork the flour and butter.
  • Step 3
  • Add the shredded cheese into the butter flour mixture .
  • Step 4
  • Incorporate the milk and half an egg into the mixture and mix gently until it forms a dough. Again, don't over mix.
  • Step 5
  • Roll the dough until it is half an inch thick and use a cutter to cut into about 10 round biscuits.
  • Step 6
  • Mixed the remaining half an egg with some milk for the egg wash. Brush the biscuits with the egg wash and bake them at 210 Celsius for about 11 mins.
