Ingredients: Chicken Adobo

  • Chicken
  • 1 packages chicken legs and thighs
  • 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup apple vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 3 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Chicken Adobo

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Adobo in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop onion and garlic cloves
  • Step 2
  • Heat up large sauce pan with olive oil
  • Step 3
  • Put chopped onion and garlic in pan and saute.
  • Step 4
  • Once sauteed add cleaned chicken to pan. Also add the black pepper and bay leaves. Add black pepper liberally if you'd like
  • Step 5
  • Let chicken cook for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally till most of the chicken cooked.
  • Step 6
  • Now add your soy sauce and vinegar to the pan. Set heat to medium. And let simmer about 25-30 min.
  • Step 7
  • Once cooked sever with some white rice and enjoy!
