Ingredients: Chicken & Bacon Chili

  • 4 strips bacon (chopped)
  • 1/4 C. Parsley
  • 28 oz. Crushed Tomato
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 6 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 3 chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 6 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro
  • 3 Tsp. Salt

How to Make Chicken & Bacon Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chicken & Bacon Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • I use a stock pot to make this chili. Mix all the ingredients together in the stock pot (saving the chicken and bacon for last). Stir the ingredients good with a whisk. Add your chicken and bacon last, then fill the pot with water to about 2 inches from the rim.
  • Step 2
  • Cook COVERED on medium heat for about an hour and a half. Stirring every 15 to 20 mins to make sure it doesn't scorch.
  • Step 3
  • Top with Sharp Cheddar and enjoy!!! ❤
