Ingredients: Chicken & Bacon Quessadilla

  • 1/3 cup Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Cooked Bacon
  • 2 Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Olive Oil

How to Make Chicken & Bacon Quessadilla

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken & Bacon Quessadilla in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Have all ingredients ready. Pre heat a medium skillet at medium heat over stove. Lightly brush bottom of skillet with olive oil. I used a garlic infused olive oil.
  • Step 2
  • Place 1 tortilla in skillet. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar and 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese evenly one tortilla.
  • Step 3
  • Add chicken and bacon on top of cheese. Evenly sprinkle remaining cheeses on top of meat.
  • Step 4
  • Top with second tortilla. Place a lid on top of skillet for 1 minute to melt cheese (it will be easier to flip this way). Remove lid.
  • Step 5
  • After the bottom tortilla is crispy and brown, gently flip the quessadilla. Once both sides are crispy and brown, remove rom the skillet.
  • Step 6
  • Wait approximately three minutes and cut the quessadilla into 4 pieces.
  • Step 7
  • Serve with your favorite mexican toppings!
