  • 2 family sized cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 clove garlic; creamed
  • 1/2 bell pepper; julienned & cut in half (red, yellow, & orange mix pictured)
  • 1/3 red onion; thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 large pinch salt and black pepper
