  • 1 Left-over Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Pepper of your choice (I used red)
  • 1 dash Shredded Cheese of your choice (I used a three cheese blend)
  • 1 Tomato Sauce (I used a tomato and cheese sauce)
  • 1 Fresh tomato (sliced)
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil
  • 6 Cooked lasagna noodles

How to Make Chicken & Pepper Manicotti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There is 1 step you must follow to make Chicken & Pepper Manicotti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil lasagna noodles. On the edge of the noodle, place the chicken pieces and sliced peppers. Sprinkle shredded cheese along the noodle as a glue for once they are rolled up. Place the rolled up lasagna noodles in a glass dish and pour the tomato sauce on top. Top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil. Put the dish in the oven on 400° for 30 minutes.
