  • 6 chicken breast tenderloins diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 any stir fry sauce i used mandarin orange flavor
  • 1 bag of stir fry vegetables
  • 1 packages chow mein noodles
  • 1 garlic powder & red pepper flakes to taste

How to Make Chicken & veggie stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken & veggie stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil add chicken cook about 5 to 8 minutes add seasoning to taste
  • Step 2
  • Now add veggies and mix into chicken, add your stir-fry sauce cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Veggies should be tender not soft.
  • Step 3
  • Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions.
  • Step 4
  • Plate noodles and top with chicken and vegetables enjoy. .
