  • 1 tbsp □Sake
  • 1 tbsp □Sugar
  • 2 tbsp □ Soy sauce (or garlic soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp □Water

    Step 1
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper, and add the *sake and *katakuriko. Slice the bell peppers into vertical strips 1 cm wide, and slice the garlic.
