  • 1 Red and 1green bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 can (15 oz.) Black beans, rinsed
  • 2 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes,with liquid
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Corn
  • 1 can (large) sliced olives

    Step 1
  • In large pot place oil over medium heat. Add chicken, onion and cook stirring frequently until onion is tender, approx. 5 minutes.
