  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Green onions
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Chicken and broccoli
  • 3 Chicken breasts cut into squares
  • 1 lb Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Peanut or veggie oil

How to Make Chicken and broccoli (pioneer woman/my spin)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken and broccoli (pioneer woman/my spin) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix together the soy sauce,cornstarch, Sherry, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions and garlic pour half of this marinade onto the chicken and let it sit
  • Step 2
  • Then heat up your peanut or veggie oil and add the broccoli as soon as it's not. Let your broccoli get green and place it on a plate once done
  • Step 3
  • Add the chicken and marinade into your pan and let it cook for a few seconds before you turn it over let your chicken fully cook and put on a plate
  • Step 4
  • Then take the rest of the sauce and add it to the pan and then add your 1/4 of oyster sauce and 1/4 of chicken broth let cook until it gets thick make sure to stir then add your chicken and your brocoli and mix it together and cook for a few minutes
  • Step 5
  • Serve with white rice :) and enjoy!! I also sprinkled the top with some red pepper flakes and green onions :)
