  • 6 Cauliflower floret
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 Salt according to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup Water

How to Make Chicken and Cauliflower manchurian

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Chicken and Cauliflower manchurian in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • For the batter mix all the ingredients and add water to make the batter semi solid
  • Step 2
  • Dip the chicken pieces and the cauliflower florets into the batter and deep fry
  • Step 3
  • After flying place it aside

  • Take a pan put 2 table spoon of cooking oil
  • Step 5
  • Put the onion and fry them till it becomes pink
  • Step 6

  • Step 8
  • Add water and boil it for 5 min
  • Step 9
  • Add the chicken and floret and cook for 15 min
  • Step 10
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
