  • 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 box Stouffers stove top chicken stuffing
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup seasoned flour
  • 2 tbsp veggie oil
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken and stuffing casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season chicken breast filets with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  • Step 2
  • Brown on both sides in skillet on medium high heat in two tablespoons veggie oil.
  • Step 3
  • Cook stove top stuffing as directed on package. Add into a 9x13 greased pan.
  • Step 4
  • Place semi-cooked chicken on top of stuffing
  • Step 5
  • Pour cans of cream of mushroom on top of chicken and stuffing and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes.
