  • CHICKEN
  • 4 bone in split chicken breasts with skin
  • 1/4 cup my Spicy Ranch Dressing/Dip recipe attached in direction step #2
  • 2 tbsp cold salted butter, cut in 4 pieces
  • SAUTEING SEASONING FOR CHICKEN
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated romano cheese

How to Make Chicken Breasts, Cooked Sous Vide

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chicken Breasts, Cooked Sous Vide in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat Sous Vide to 149
  • Step 2
  • Brush chicken breast all.over with the Spicy Ranch Dressing/Dip. Add one piece of cold butter on top.
  • Step 3
  • Vacuum seal chicken breast.
  • Step 4
  • Place in preheated Sous Vide and cook for 2 hours.
  • Step 5
  • In a small bowl.mix cajun seasoning, pepper, salt, garlic and romano cheese
  • Step 6
  • Carefully remove chicken from sous vide, cut bag, saving any liquid into a bowl. Season chicken with spice blend all over
  • Step 7
  • Heat oil in skillet, sear chicken, skin side down to start. Cook just until skin is crisp 1 to 2 minutes, it crisps quickly because of the cheese. Turn and brown other side about 1 minute.
  • Step 8
  • Heat the juices that were reserved from the bag in skillet chicken was browned adding chicken broth if needed. Serve with chicken
