  • 4 small boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 packages (4oz) buffalo milk mozzarella ball, sliced
  • 1 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 1 basil to garnish
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Caprese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place chicken in a Ziploc bag with Italian dressing and paprika, let marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 3
  • Reduce balsamic vinegar in pan on low to medium heat until it thickens to syrupy consistency
  • Step 4
  • Bake chicken for about 12 to 15 minutes until no longer pink inside
  • Step 5
  • Plate chicken first, topping it with the tomatoes, then milk mozzarella, then basil, and finish it with the balsamic reduction.
  • Step 6
  • Salt and pepper to taste
