Ingredients: Chicken Chow Mein

  • 2 cup Chichen cubes
  • 1 packages Noodles approx 200gms
  • 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
  • 2 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 cup Mix veggies like carrots,green bell peeper,cabbage chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 2 stick Spring Onion for garnishing
  • Water for boiling noodles n chicken
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

How to Make Chicken Chow Mein

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken Chow Mein in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash chicken pieces n marinate with one tbs garlic paste n ginger paste.. Lil bit salt n 1/4 tspn black pepper for 3-4 hours.
  • Step 2
  • Boil chicken piece in till it gets soft or give two whistle in pressure cooker..take out chicken pieces frm broth.. Keep aside.
  • Step 3
  • Now boil Noodles..after getting soft drain water n keep under running water.. This process stop the overcook nooddle n not b sticky..now keep noodles in strainer n add Lil oil and toss it ..keep aside..
  • Step 4
  • Now take a heavy bottom pan.. Heat oil..add remains garlic.. Saute it till brown.. Keep eye.. Shld not b burn... Add chopped onion..add boiled chicken pieces.. Add all veggies..salt too... Stir fry..chicken n veggies..veggie keep crunchy.. So cook in high flame..
  • Step 5
  • Now do flame low... Add boiled nooddles..add all sause n vinegar.. Mix well..
  • Step 6
  • Its done now.. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.. Serve hot ...
