  • PULLED CHICKEN
  • 600 grams chicken cut quarterly
  • 1/2 liter water
  • 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 5 slice angelica slice optional add on
  • 100 grams old ginger smash
  • GARNISH
  • 1 large slice tomato
  • 1 onion slice
  • CIABATTA OR ANY BREAD
  • 1 ciabatta bread or any bread

How to Make Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in pan brown ginger and chicken with angelica slice then add dark sauce with water
  • Step 2
  • bring to a boil then simmer 30 minute mix chicken with sauce by coating evenly every 10 minute
  • Step 3
  • add light soy sauce and sugar and simmer another 10 minute off heat
  • Step 4
  • once chicken is cool enough shred chicken meat and toast bread
  • Step 5
  • to serve on bread with thinly slice onion then shreded chicken top gravy
