  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slice bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, jullianed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avacado, sliced
  • 2 slice green lettuce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 hoagie buns

How to Make Chicken Club

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Club in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat a pan on medium heat. Add half of the oil. Add onions and peppers. Turn heat down and caramelize onions.
  • Step 2
  • Heat pan and cook bacon. Remove cooked bacon from pan but keep grease for chicken.
  • Step 3
  • Season chicken then add to hot bacon grease. Cook chicken until done.
  • Step 4
  • Spread mayo on bread then add lettuce, avocado, bacon, tomato, chicken, onions and peppers.
